Yes, DASK is mandatory earthquake insurance in Turkey. It is required for property transactions, utility subscriptions, and loan applications. All homeowners are legally required to have DASK coverage.

Yes, supplementary health insurance covers the difference at private hospitals that have agreements with SGK. This allows you to receive treatment at private hospitals at very low costs or even for free.
